The restaurant at the Center Espoir has been radically transformed and enlarged. It has doubled in capacity by extending its space over half of the interior courtyard, creating a terrace at the main entrance. The new glazed facade and the integration of zenith windows provide abundant light. The room is fitted with acoustic wood walls and a checkerboard false ceiling playing on solid and empty spaces in order to control natural and artificial lighting. The new professional kitchen has been completely redesigned in order to respond to a more current reorganization, open to the dining room whose atmosphere is intended to be calm and serene.
