Etoile Car Park

Creation of the Étoile P+R car park, constructed above a traffic lane.

Elevated car park with the creation of a shopping space on the ground floor and the foundation’s administrative offices on the 5th floor. Creation of a double helix route, inspired by the staircase at the Château de Chambord, designed by Leonardo da Vinci.

The lighting, colours and façades were designed with people dropping off their vehicles in mind.

A solar panel roof of over 600 m² was created, and was awarded first prize from European Parking.
